1 Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the jiliking website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

jiliking reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with jiliking, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had a jiliking account that was closed, suspended, or restricted by jiliking.
• You are not included in any self-exclusion list or similar restriction.

Each person may register and hold only one account on jiliking. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. If any of your details change after registration — particularly your mobile number or email — you are responsible for updating your account information promptly.

jiliking requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address. Accounts that fail verification may have their withdrawals held pending successful completion of the process.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your jiliking account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The accepted deposit methods are GCash, Maya, and direct bank transfer from Philippine banks. Credit cards, cryptocurrency, and foreign currency transfers are not accepted.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited quickly after confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.

jiliking does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside jiliking's control. You are responsible for reviewing your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer.

Funds deposited to your jiliking account are held for gaming purposes only. Deposits are not interest-bearing and do not constitute an investment or savings arrangement.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to your verified GCash, Maya, or bank account. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard.

To withdraw, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. jiliking may request additional verification documents for large withdrawal amounts or if unusual activity is detected on your account. This is a standard security measure and is not necessarily indicative of a problem with your account.

Processing timelines vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer requests. If a withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact jiliking support with your transaction reference number.

jiliking reserves the right to delay or review withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violations, or unresolved bonus wagering requirements.

5 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on jiliking, it cannot be amended or cancelled. You are solely responsible for reviewing the details of your selection and stake before confirming. The final confirmed bet — as recorded in jiliking's system — is the binding wager.

Sports betting: All sports bet outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. jiliking follows standard sportsbook rules for void bets, postponed events, and abandoned matches. If an event is cancelled before the minimum period required for the bet to stand, your stake will be returned.

Live in-play betting: Odds change continuously during in-play events. jiliking is not responsible for connectivity or delay issues that affect the price you receive when placing a live bet. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed submission are the final odds applied to your wager.

Casino and slots: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. jiliking does not manipulate outcomes. Return to player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and represent long-run theoretical returns.

eBingo: Session rules, prize structures, and card prices are displayed before each round. Participation constitutes acceptance of the session rules as shown.

6 Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your jiliking username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else. jiliking will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jiliking support immediately so the account can be secured. jiliking is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

jiliking uses SSL encryption on all platform connections and requires OTP (one-time password) verification for sensitive account actions. You should ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible so that OTP delivery functions correctly.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, jiliking may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other incentives to eligible accounts. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are presented to you before you opt in.

General promotional principles that apply across all jiliking offers:
